Sweet summertime is here at last! Lake Buchanan is starting out the summer in great condition. The lake level is still near full and water quality is excellent.

We are seeing one very nice silver lining to the cloud that has been on the economy for the last several months. We had fewer fishermen catching fewer stripers out of the lake. Those fish that would have been on someone's dinner table got a chance to just keep feeding and growing. Now the fish we are bringing in are ranging larger than in past years!
