The lake is low, but that just makes it easier to catch fish!
As we are seeing more warm days, the fishing action is heating up too!
On Lake Buchanan the water level is 32 feet low, but the fish population is still good. That makes for a good steady fishing season coming up. So far our catches have been pretty consistent limits, unless rapid and drastic weather changes get in the way. We are hoping that this morning's 41 degree low in mid May will be the last of the crazy cold fronts so we can get back on the water and get back to our fish!
